I can arrange to do the work onsite , in your home or office this is essecialy handy when the problem is site related like poor WiFi performance, printer connection errors or you just can't drop the computer into the office. Weeekends and after hours are ok as well
Remote access
I can use TeamViewer to remotely log into your computerand correct problems, if you still have a working internet connection. You download and install TeamViewer then call me with the Teamviewer ID. number and password.i can then remotely help fix your problem or show you on screen how to complete a task Team Viewer Host
